These Terms & Conditions govern your use of the Velaris Facilities website and the booking and delivery of our services. By using this website or booking our services, you agree to these Terms. Please read them carefully before making a booking.

Velaris Facilities provides residential cleaning services including regular cleaning, deep cleaning, and end of tenancy cleaning across South West London.
Service availability may vary depending on location, scheduling, and operational capacity. We reserve the right to decline a booking if the property falls outside our service area or if the scope of work is beyond our standard offering.
Prices displayed on the website or provided through the booking calculator are estimates and may vary depending on:

Property size
Additional requested services
Access conditions
Special requirements
A heavy condition surcharge of £60 may apply to properties requiring significantly more work than standard. This will be communicated to the client before or upon arrival.
Final pricing will be confirmed before service begins.
By submitting a booking request, you confirm that:
The information provided is accurate
You are authorised to request the service at the stated property
You understand that submitting a form does not guarantee booking confirmation until approved by our team
A booking is only confirmed once you have received written confirmation from Velaris Facilities and any required deposit has been received.
We reserve the right to refuse or cancel bookings at our discretion.
A deposit is required to secure your booking. The deposit amount will be confirmed at the time of booking and forms part of your total service fee.
The remaining balance is due on the day of the clean upon completion of the service, unless otherwise agreed in writing.

Late or unpaid balances may result in cancellation of future bookings. Outstanding balances not settled within 7 days of the invoice date may incur a late payment charge of £10 per 7 days overdue.
Clients may cancel or reschedule their booking by contacting us directly via email or phone.
Deposits are non-refundable if a booking is cancelled within 48 hours of the scheduled service date.
Cancellations made with more than 48 hours notice will receive a full refund of any deposit paid.
Rescheduling is permitted free of charge with more than 48 hours notice, and your deposit will transfer to the new booking date. Rescheduling requests made within 48 hours of the scheduled service will result in forfeiture of the deposit, and a new deposit will be required to secure the rescheduled date.
We reserve the right to cancel or reschedule bookings in exceptional circumstances. In such cases, a full refund of any deposit paid will be issued.
Clients are responsible for ensuring safe and reasonable access to the property at the scheduled time.
If our team cannot access the property at the agreed time and no notice was given, the booking will be treated as a late cancellation and the deposit will be forfeited.
Clients must ensure the property is safe to work in and that any hazards are disclosed prior to the clean.
We are committed to delivering a high standard of service. If you are not satisfied with any aspect of your clean, please contact us within 24 hours of service completion and we will do our best to resolve the issue, including a return visit where appropriate.
We are unable to accept complaints raised more than 24 hours after the service has been completed.
While we take reasonable care when providing services, Velaris Facilities shall not be liable for:
Pre-existing damage
Normal wear and tear
Delays outside our control
Indirect or consequential losses
Damage to items not disclosed prior to the clean
Any claims regarding damages must be reported within 24 hours of service completion. Claims reported after this period will not be considered.
Our total liability in any circumstance shall not exceed the value of the service provided.
We collect and process personal data including name, email address, phone number, and property address solely for the purpose of delivering our services and communicating with you about your booking. Attempt to disrupt website functionality
Copy or misuse website content
Submit false or misleading information
All website content including text, branding, graphics, layouts, and design elements are owned by Velaris Facilities Ltd unless otherwise stated. Unauthorised use is prohibited.
We may update our services, pricing, or these Terms & Conditions at any time. Any changes will be posted on this page. Continued use of our services following any update constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
